ewan jess...ewan....a friend of mine suggest that if I want to loss more weight ...I lista ko daw lahat ng kinakain ko at i analysa daw on a week basis.....well psychological daw yun na mababawasan ang kakainin ko ....whew! gusto ko talaga mag lose ng more pounds kaya i tratry ko this week pati ung workout ko i lista ko daw para maging consistent daw 
Ngek. Di naman ako nagpapalose ng weight eh. And list everything I eat? WTF, that sounds so anorexic hahaha. My philosophy for the past week has been kain lang nang kain, mamaya na prublemahin. I think I deserve it anyway :D
