Met up with some classmates from MBA and also got to know other UP graduates lost in the Archer world thanks to Cha, an old friend from my undergrad years. As expected, we engaged in sosyal-sosyalan amidst fellow Archers, professors, pica-picas, and Vodka Sprite (with emphasis on the Vodka). Now there's a fortune-telling practice called Kau Cim done in Chinese temples, based on the principle "what you request is what you get" (有求必應).  In this particular temple, you are made to hold two pieces of wood, each shaped like crescent; each piece of wood has a flat side and a round side.  The person with a wish is to drop these pieces of wood on the floor.  If the round side of both pieces turn up on the floor, then it means your wish will be granted.
